Veryable

So I received a text message telling me that a company was requesting my availability to see if I could work for them. Upon getting that text message about it through variable, I downloaded the app again because I had gotten rid of it a while back just because it's pathetic.

So I downloaded the app and I accepted the bid, or actually the bid had expired. Then I looked, and they still had other bids in the free market, so I bid on two of them, which was a Thursday and Friday, and I got both bids for an Amish company that makes so much furniture. I showed up and worked both days, and I didn't get paid the next day for the first day I worked. I figured that might just be some kind of like 24-hour period thing, which I thought it might be, and still no payment the next day.

So now it's the weekend, I've gone all weekend without my pay, and it's Monday morning. I wake up to, oh well sorry, in the meantime through the weekend, I'm emailing them. The only two emails they give you—you can't call nobody, you can't get a hold of nobody nowhere—so you email them, and they simply respond with, 'It's been received, submitted blah blah blah, and our team is reviewing it blah blah blah,' and then it gives you a list of frequently asked questions, which is useless as well because that does nothing. Then they simply ask you, 'Did this help?

Yes or no?' That's it. That's all they give you. That's all the more I've gotten; no other response other than telling me that I was declined for the vault payment. And then they leave you with, 'It's just out of their hands at this point.' I'd also like to mention that, as you've seen in the pictures, it says that I'm not done with my requirements for the jobs, but that was all good to go.

When I signed up, got the jobs, and bid on them, I was good to go; all three sections were fine. If they weren't, I couldn't have bid on the jobs in the first place and would have never even had a chance of working those two days.

So in between working those two days, they somehow voided my damn vault application or account, whatever it is. I don't know—it's a joke is what it is.

Hello, This is George Nkengwenyi.Please I'm writing today May/18/ 25 to remind you again that you did not send my payment for the shift of 8pm to 5am on Monday May/05/2025 at the Heidelberg Distribution Company.

Bit was advertised, I bit for it, it was accepted, I went checked in worked and checked out after work but I have not not been paid for!

Note, I called for the attention of the supervisor there at the Heidelberg Distribution Company on the 05/15 2025 by showing him on the dashboard of the app and told ever since I noticed the unpaid shift, I was gradually trying to identify which of the shifts I wasn't paid for and that's why I came up with the complain just of recent.

Trying to secure a loan. Finance dept needs proof of income bank statements not good enough.

They want access to your account through a software program called turbo pass and/or plaid. Because I dont have an account at whatever bank they are using this week I cannot give them access for deposit verification. Their customer service says you can get with the IRS and get your transcript.!!! First of all I should not have to do this, it is my money I earned it I should have the right to access it anytime any where when I want The IRS website where you get your transcript is down due to glitches.

Now they are in the middle of changing financial institutions. It bad enough it takes 3 to five business days to make a transfer, they put a $100 hold on a debit card for 20 worth of gas thats right then held for 3 to 5 days before its credited back the whole thing is a sham.

Charged for atm withdrawals when there is no bank in your area. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the IRS.

I bidded for a job at Kerrig Dr Pepper on April 9th 2024. I got accepted for the bid and looked in the app on April 10th 2024 which gave me directions to the job. The app told me to clock in, I as well signed a piece of paper at the job that said it was for veryable. I as well clocked out on the app.

I didn't get paid and was told by the administrative staff at veryable that my bid has to be accepted in order for me to work, that I cannot just show up at a job and work. The app trains you on that and gives a test to make sure you understand. And again, I'm 65. I drove to Dr Pepper yesterday, August 16th to speak with the supervisor that gave me 5 stars and the trainer who told me that I did better than anyone they have seen come through the doors through veryable.

He told me that I was a hard worker. Order picking is for younger people. I was sore after doing that job. .

And underpaid for sure and then now I have to take several actions to actually get paid. If you have this problem, call your news reporters, radio stations and talk show hosts. This is a public matter that should be magnified.

Several people took them to court. I'm definitely hiring an attorney and filing a report with the US department of labor

On April 10th, i clocked in at Dr Pepper in New Berlin, Wisconsin ar 948 am, worked until 6:30 pm.

I wasn't paid, contacted support. Told me I didn't work The app told me to clock in and clock out.

I drove to the job site yesterday and the supervisor handed in all of the paperwork showing I worked. Please don't let this be a problem that will become much bigger than it needs to be. I would hate to have to call the news reporters, radio stations, and get an attorney to get paid for a shift that I worked real hard on, got rated 5 starts in the app for the little bitty pay and now you're trying to keep my money. I like to be friendly but this is becoming unprofessional.

I'm 65 years young and would just like this company to give me back the respect that I gave to it. The app, led me to the job site. How did all this take place if my bid wasn't accepted?

The supervisor at Kerrig Dr Pepper told me yesterday that everything was taken care of. Could you please help me obtain my pay?
